Oh where to start with this beautifully talented Raleigh Senior?! And when I say beautiful… I mean the kind of girl that genuinely exudes beauty from the inside out. There’s obviously the pretty brown eyes, dimples & smirk. However, she’s also sweet, with what I catch as the perfect little touch of sass. She’s polite, kind & yes, adorable too. A vintage doll that refers to her guy as her ‘beau’ (which I just think is the greatest thing ever!). She even has the sweetest relationship with her mom. And her dad couldn’t be prouder (who as a first for me, was right here picking out images with us, completely invested in his daughter)! Talented? Why yes, she is most definitely that as well! I’ve had the privilege of watching her perform in Miss Saigon at her school, watched a few videos of her singing (can you say goosebumps?!) & enjoyed hearing stories about her love for tap, singing & theater growing up. Graduating from Enloe High School, today actually… she has bright things ahead of her for sure!
You may remember Ashley from her Fab Grad Spokesmodel session last summer. This spring we got to do her 1:1 session! We had waited so that she could have some with her braces off, however, it also worked out quite nicely to capture her both at the beginning & end of her Senior year!
The JC Raulston Arboretum holds special memories of childhood visits for Ashley & her mom, so it was a must as our setting! (even got sweet mom to hop in a couple shots! YAY!). Jessica did Ashley’s beautiful hair & make-up and my friend, Eabby graciously assisted again. For this session, we planned out four looks to really capture this time in her life. Starting with two every day looks that really represent her & her style. We then went fancier to her prom dress with her grandmother’s hair comb. A stunning vision of grace & elegance would be my description of her in this look!!! Then… for the period loving, actress in her… we went stylized all the way back to the 20’s! And does she know her 20’s too! She was completely in her element & rocked it better than I could’ve ever dreamed of! I just absolutely ADORE so many things about this session and hope y’all will too!
Ashley… it has been beyond a pleasure to get to know you & your family this year!! I’ve come to consider y’all friends, and my own family has become quite fond of y’all as well! Congratulations on your Graduation & best of luck with all the future holds! I’m looking forward to seeing all the wonderful places you’ll go and great things you’ll do in life.
