Fab Grad & Distinguished Young Woman… Jen from Leesville Road High School‘s Class of 2016!
Jen was the fabulous winner of this summer’s Distinguished Young Woman of Wake County, and as such, received a session with Jen Mink Photography. Among her talents, she is an actress & dancer and as coincidence would have it, a dancer at Carolina Dance Center here in Raleigh where my daughter attends. AND she’s both friends with my dear Fab Grad Spokesmodel, Jayden and character for her Magical Memories Party Entertainment. I’m so glad that our paths finally crossed directly… it’s been such a treat to get to know her ourselves!
Once meeting at our pre-consult, Jen & her mom decided to upgrade her session to a full VIP Fab Grad Session to capture her Senior Portraits while we were at it. And… we started planning! I don’t think I’ll ever forget her reaction when she saw the dress & accessories rack in my office… straight from dance class with a leotard on, she whipped her sweats off & on went one of my 50’s dresses! I knew we’d get along QUITE well!! From there her session vision grew to also include a pretty purple dress, a perfect fall casual outfit, her DYW tee & medallion, and a casual dance look. She knew she also wanted a dramatic editorial dance look as well but what shape that would take was one of those great in the moment creations! As much as I love all of her looks… oh how this one takes my breath away! It couldn’t have come together more perfectly!!
