JMP Fab Grad Spokesmodel Spotlight… Stephanie!

JMPFabGrad15SMBlog-Steph_0001

Congratulations to Stephanie Wiehe, Ravenscroft School Class of 2015… hand selected as my final Fab Grad Spokesmodel! As you may have noticed, she is my 2nd from the same school. Choosing to have such a limited group this year, I had no intentions of having more than one per school at this stage BUT then I got Stephanie’s application! She just blew me away!! Sure enough, yeah… I absolutely had to accept her! When starting my program this year, it was extremely important to me that my girls be diverse in their interests, personalities, etc… to, in a sense, show & represent my belief that ALL girls are fabulous & beautiful with a far range of individuality. While she & Robin share a school & equestrian love (& a delightful friendship), they are also quite different and most definitely their own fabulously individual selves!! I knew that Stephanie would complete my group this year perfectly. She, along with the others, have more than exceeded my hopes & dreams! I’m so pleased to have such a fine young lady representing my work, so have a seat & take a moment to read about just a few of the things I found so outstanding about her…

Stephanie describes herself in 3 words as… Driven, Passionate & Outspoken. And feels that the 1st thing people tend to notice about her is how confident & well-spoken she is, stating “I take pride in what I have to contribute, be it in an interview or just casual conversation”. Wow! I mean, really?! WOW!! So very awesome for a teenager to already be this insightful & empowered. She certainly inspired me with those words & confidence!! While being strong & confident – she’s not intimidatingly so… she’s very personable, kind & thoughtful. I’ve personally been beyond impressed with Steph’s responsibility & go-get-em attitude from the very start! She contacts & responds directly for herself, is usually the 1st to respond to any request I have… I never doubt that I can count on her.

Playing jazz & classical trumpet has been a part of Stephanie’s life for many years. Beginning in the 3rd grade, she has had great success participating in programs, groups & gigs across the triangle & country… even attending world-class music programs! Last year she won two concerto competitions & was given the opportunity to perform in Carolina theater. She’s also been riding horses for 11 years, with a passion that has only grown deeper & deeper from the very start. She’s competed in events through national levels & has passed USPC national testings… she’s even training a young mare & coaching others to ride! Between music, academics & equestrian activities, Stephanie hangs out with a diverse group of kids locally & across the state… all that have brought her amazing friendships & memories.

Fun & Fab Scoop on Steph’s FAV things:

Stephanie aspires to attend Dartmouth College in New Hampshire to study economics & music, aiming to be in the business or legal sides of the music industry, handling royalties, licensing & equity in the industry. Her future dreams also include backpacking the Andes Mountains. When asked what makes her fabulous, her wonderfully confident self answered “I’m fabulous because I’m a pile of contradictions that make me unique. How many other country, trumpet-playing horse freaks that want to be major players in the music business are there? The answer: 1… me”. Oh yeah… this girl will be successful far beyond the successes she’s already achieved!!

Time to share some of my favorite session images of this fabulous and beautiful gal (& her horse, Paris)…

Before I end… I must give extra special thanks to Stephanie & her mom, Juliet, for the very kind usage of their home & land for this session! Isn’t it just absolutely beautiful?!!! It was quite the treat, added such an array of beautiful variety to the sets and I’ll always be quite appreciative!!
